2010 - Peachland Creek Hydrological Risk Assessment

Grainger and Associates Consulting Ltd. and Streamworks Unlimited completed an analysis of Mountain Pine Beetle (MPB) and salvage harvesting-related risks to water quality, water supply, fish habitat and infrastructure in Peachland Creek Community Watershed. Peachland Creek has a 142 km2 area draining into Okanagan Lake about 4 km south of the Town of Peachland. It is a primary water source for domestic, agricultural and other users in the District of Peachland (DOP).
